In this case, the model was applied to 20 historical SE storm scenarios, also considering the storm surge (wave set-up), to estimate the wave run-up on the Camogli coast. The wave conditions were derived from the hindcast dataset produced by the MeteOcean research group at the University of Genoa (https://meteocean.science/#research), while the digital elevation model was constructed using a combination of field survey data and elevation data provided by Regione Liguria (https://geoportal.regione.liguria.it/).
